Why professional photographers trust this tool

Whether you are buying used gear or planning maintenance, data is your best asset.

Maximize Resale Value

A camera with a verified low shutter count (under 10k) is considered "Like New" and can command 20-30% higher prices on marketplaces like eBay or MPB. Buyers pay for peace of mind.

Health Check

Shutters are mechanical. They fail. Knowing if you are at 50k (Safe) or 150k (Risk Zone) helps you service gear before it fails on a job.

100% Secure Tool

Unlike other tools, we do not store your photos to a server. All EXIF parsing happens in secure enviorment. And your data is deleted right away!

How to check successfully

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this work with Sony cameras?

Yes! We support most Sony Alpha (A7, A9, A6000 series) cameras. Make sure to upload an unedited ARW (RAW) or JPG file.

Why is my result '0' or 'Not Supported'?

Some entry-level Canon models (like the T7i) and some newer mirrorless cameras strip the shutter count from EXIF data. In these cases, only authorized service centers can read the internal memory.

Is the shutter count accurate?

Yes, because we read the data directly from the camera's internal counter stored in the MakerNotes. It is the exact same number a service center would see.
